We aren’t just minimizing our impact on the Environment – we are actually reversing it! Each and every Envicard purchased is made with more than 100% renewable energy.
Envicards are COMPLETELY sustainable! Envicards do NOT require any paper, processing, or freight, and do NOT generate any emissions or waste! Even the energy used by our servers is offset with renewable energy.
When you purchase an Envicard, you are actually helping the Environment. At the end of each year, we purchase more than enough renewable energy credits to offset all of the energy used in making, sending, and viewing each and every Envicard purchased in the past year.
This means that Envicards do not require any natural resources, and generate ZERO emissions!

Envicards offsets 1 kWh, equivalent to 1.34 lbs of CO2 (as per USA DOE) for every card purchased.
Please note that our Sustainability Tracker does NOT account for the positive impact of Envicards in offsetting the use of paper cards, which would also include:
- Reduction of deforested wood used in card & envelope production
- Reduction of freshwater required in paper production
- Reduction of wastewater volumes discharged in mill receiving waters
- Reduction of NOx, SOx, VOCs, TRSs, BODs, TSSs, CODs, AOXs, and other Hazardous Air Pollutants
- Reduction of solid wastes including sludge from paper production
- Reduction of card disposal in landfill or incinerators
- Reduction of embedded energy in paper production and transport
- Reduction of ink and chemical use and disposal of ink cartridges
- Reduction of emissions from freight transport and landfill decomposition
- Reduction of landfill area and other environmental footprints
